Full Service Decorating Package
Starting rate at $3,500 (+ Tax)
Save yourself the time, money and stress by letting us do it all for you! With this package, you can create your dream wedding by simply meeting with one of our consultants and
letting them take care of the details.
This package option includes decoration set up for the head table, special tables,
and guest tables for seating up to 250 guests for one venue where reception is being held.
Detailed package inclusions are listed below:
â–ª Linens for all tables (White, Ivory, Black & Navy) *In-stock linens only
Other Colors & Premium selections available (sequins/rosettes etc.) for a discounted charge
â–ª 2 Back Drops included – Normally Head Table Backdrop
(Max of 30ft in Length) & Cake table backdrop
*Excludes large wood arbor that will be a separate rental fee
â–ª 3-4 centerpieces for all guest tables *In-stock items only
â–ª All candles included are real look warm light LED (pillar, candlesticks & floating candles)
â–ª Linen napkins and chargers for Head and Reserved tables. *In-stock colors only (max 60)
â–ª Table Runners/Squares/Overlays. Premium options available. *In-stock items only
â–ª Skirting or premium linens for head table and all other specialty tables
â–ª Chair covers for Head Table & Reserved Tables, if desired
â–ª Diagram of the reception layout, created with you by our consultants
â–ª Set up & Take Down of all package inclusions only
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (full details in the contract)
* If seating amount exceeds 250, an additional $6 per person will be applied
* Delivery and pick up is included for the first 20 miles, +$250 Delivery fee +.60 per mile thereafter
* Max of 60 Guests included in Head Table & Reserved tables
* Special Tables Include (Cake table, Snack Table, Memory & Gift Table)
* Table & Chair Set Up will be an additional $250 Fee (some venue exceptions apply)
* Contract is for one venue space additional fees will be applied for each additional area
* Additional 10% Will be Charged on all Holiday Weekends to subtotal of rental or package

Individual Rental Items
Minimum Rental of $500
This is a great way to mix the smaller things you purchased with the bigger items you want to rent. We have so many options at a fraction of the cost you can buy them. Please contact us for details.

*Must have a $500 rental other than the cost of linens before linens will be rented out
*Hall Layout Design available for an additional fee ($30 PER DESIGN)

Rental for all 275 Chiavari Chairs would be $1000.00
Or if less than 275 rented at a discounted rate of $4.00 per chair
Rental Only (no Decorating Package) of all 275 chairs Price would be $1500 (Plus Delivery Fee)
Regular Rental Rate $8.00 per chair

Minimum of $500
We have several options for rent but if those aren’t what you are looking for we can custom make something!
